The body of a man believed to be about 40 years old was found near the riverbank at Kampung Golok Puting, Ayer Hitam today.
Kubang Pasu district police chief Supt Mohd Ismail Ibrahim in a statement said the body discovered by members of the public around 3.40pm was fully clothed.
He said the decomposed remains were sent to Sultanah Bahiyah Hospital for post-mortem, and the case classified as sudden death.
