1,210 positive cases, these are five focus of MOH media statement

KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia recorded 1,210 new COVID-19 infections, bringing the latest cumulative number of cases in the country to 49,730.
The following are the five focus on the development of the COVID-19 epidemic in Malaysia according to a statement on the official account of the Director-General of Health, Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah on Tuesday, 17 November 2020:
1. 1,210 new cases were reported, bringing the total number of positive cases to 49,730.
2. Five new deaths were reported.
3. 19 cases of imports received infection from abroad involving five citizens and another 14 non-citizens.
4. 105 cases are being treated in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), 40 cases require respiratory assistance.
5. COVID-19 infectivity cases in Malaysia is at 13,806.
