Since his viral smash video "Gangnam Style" - Psy showed his signature "horse-riding" dance for the first time in Southeast Asia Wednesday night at the 30,000-seat SCG Stadium in Bangkok.
Receiving a warm welcome from his screaming fans, the 34-year-old Korean rapper performed his five best songs from his 12-year career as a singer.
"He's famous and not because of his look but his ability, and I like him," said 20-year-old fan Tippawan Thampradit.
Psy kicked off the show with his 2002's dancing hit "Champion" and 2010's "Right Now." He ended the concert with a boost of adrenaline from his global hit "Gangnam Style."
"He's cool. I want this to happen more. I want Asian artists to keep improving themselves and surprising their fans," said Nattapong Thamayangkul, Psy's 24-year-old fan.
With over 840 million views, "Gangnam Style" has become the most watched video on Youtube surpassing Justin Bieber's "Baby."
Psy arrived in the Thai capital Wednesday morning and held a press conference earlier in the day where he met fans.
The star plans to release a new worldwide album in March next year with dance moves that he thinks his international fans will like.
