Britney has been dropping steady hints that a new record is in the works, posting a picture of herself in a recording studio last week.
Britney Spears fans will be pleased to hear that the star is working on a new album.
The US pop singer has posted a photo to her Twitter account showing her reclining on a couch, finger on lips. It is accompanied by the caption: "working hard and hardly working...new album...wheeeee!"
The chart-topper has been dropping steady hints that a new record is in the works, posting a picture of herself in a recording studio last week.
It would be the ninth album for the singer, and her first since the 2013 "Britney Jean".
