Visitors to one of London's top attractions, the London Eye, were stuck in a lockdown because of an attack near Britain's parliament, in which five people are killed and around 20 injured.
The attack prompted areas near the parliament building, to be shut down and placed under heavy police presence.
The giant Ferris wheel holds 32 capsules with each having a capacity of 25 people.
