Istanbul Airport attack: GMM supports efforts to contain radical, violent extremist

Three attackers with suicide vests detonated their explosives at the entrance of Istanbuls Ataturk International Airport, killing at least 36 people and wounding 147 more on Tuesday night.

CONDEMNATION ON THE ISTANBUL ATATURK AIRPORT ATTACK
The Global Movement of Moderates Foundation is deeply saddened and condemns in the strongest possible terms the terrorist attack at Istanbul Ataturk airport.
This horrific act of terrorising innocent civilians, one of the many recent terrorist attacks on Turkey, represents an attack on all of humanity.

Thus, the Global Movement of Moderates Foundation stands solidly behind the Government and people of Turkey, in all efforts of containing and fighting radical and violent extremist, in addition to our hopes in promoting the spirit of moderation, tolerance and peaceful co-existence.
Our thoughts and prayers are with the victims and their families and may the people of Turkey find the inner strength to unite in such trying times and challenging circumstances.
