Malaysia's leading property website, iProperty.com, has launched the country's first property awards selected by consumers.
This is in recognition to unsung heroes in the property industry who have successfully shaped Malaysia's skylines, iProperty.com. Malaysia Sdn Bhd said in a statement.
Aptly named the iProperty.com People's Choice Awards, iProperty group managing director and CEO Georg Chmiel said that the awards were aimed at recognising the best of Malaysia's property industry from the consumer's perspective.
"We are very proud to host our very first iProperty.com People's Choice Awards...the first of its kind in Malaysia.
"The awards provide us with a platform to engage with consumers and give them the opportunity to vote for their most preferred developer or property development in the 10 categories we have set," said Chmiel.
The categories are namely, developer of the year, best township of the year, best high rise development, best luxury high rise development, best landed development, best luxury landed development, best eco friendly development, best commercial development, best integrated development, and most iconic development.
Chmiel invited the public to cast their votes for their most preferred developer or development on www.iproperty.com.my/awards from Tuesday until Oct 31, 2014.
